In article, on the basis of the developed mathematical model of dimensional locomotion of a shell (mine), factors which were not considered by preparation of installations for shooting earlier are revealed, methods of definition of a total deflection of initial velocity of a shell in a decay point of nutation fluctuations that are offered it is offered capable to measure use of new ballistic station speed of a shell at firing for effect that promotes essential increase of accuracy of full preparation and as result, - to increase of efficacy of a hot-fire lesion of the enemy.
