Metrological characteristics of optical flow and their influence on the transmission of the information

Description: The subject of th studying in article is the saving of the information, at its transmission by fiber-optical flow lines at the zone of antiterroristic operation, the regulations of which must be carried out by the calculation of metrological repair and recovery groups. The purpose of the article is the analysis of metrological characteristics optical fibers at the zone of antiterroristic operation and investigation fiber defect reduction during the routine maintenance work by the calculation of metrological repair and recovery groups. The task – determination of the basic metrological characteristics of optical fiber, which limit the characteristics of the system WDM, elimination of which at the zone of antiterroristic operation will ensure that no interference is caused when transmitting information over fiber optic lines. In the article it is analyzed chromatic dispersion; polarization mode dispersion; nonlinear optical effects and a decrease in the variance by the calculation of metrological repair and recovery groups during the routine maintenance work. Conclusions: on the results of the analysis and researching it is advisable to reduce the dispersion by means of forced backscaterring Brillouin Mandelstam (on acoustic backgrounds) and forced Raman or combined scattering (on optical backgrounds). It is important to understand to the calculation of metrological repair and recovery groups during the routine maintenance work.
