Description: e of the article is to study the process of measuring y meters of instantaneous values. The task is to substantiate technical solutions, the introduction of which in the practice of measurement will overcome the accuracy of measuring the low frequencies used in the processing of radar information. The article deals with: the block diagram of the frequency meter of the instantaneous values using the summator; hour frequency diagram of the frequency meter without synchronization of the instant of measurement start; the block diagram of the frequency converter of instantaneous values using a digital-to-analog converter. Conclusions: it is advisable to use the proposed technical solutions both during modernization of existing digital frequency meters of instantaneous values and in the development of perspective samples of control and measuring equipment.
