Description: In this article the study of methods of improving the parameters of noise immunity and noise protection of on-board radio stations of the VHF band of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of modern armed confrontation. The basic directions of use of on-board radio-communication equipment in the course of combat operations are determined. Taking into account the experience of carrying out ATO and realization of the surface analysis of the design and special features of the use of command radio stations, we are able to make certain conclusions. First of all, the fact that at present typical radio stations are not equipped with countermeasures of ground-based means of radio-electronic intelligence and radio-electronic suppression, which, in turn, makes the air channels of radio communication completely unprotected and endangers measures for the implementation of the obligations imposed on them combat missions. The tasks put forward are the necessity of carrying out the analysis, and generalization of the received data, on the conformity of on-board radio communication facilities with the modern conditions of military use of aviation of the Armed Forces which will allow to carry out the first steps to improve the indicators of noise immunity and impedance of electronic equipment, and to take appropriate measures to improve the survivability of the aircraft in the current conditions of conducting special operations.
