Description: The article deals with applied aspects of the task of assessing the feasibility of programs for the development of organizational and technical systems. The composition of the main functional blocks of information technology for realizability estimation is determined. In each of the blocks using the necessary models and methods, the relevant aspects of the organizational and technical system are analyzed and estimates of the feasibility of the project requirements for the production of new products are calculated. A list of input information for the information technology for assessing the feasibility of the development program was developed. A scheme for estimating the feasibility of planned production parameters in the organizational and technical system is developed. The peculiarities of the software of this block are considered with the use of both standard software (Statistica, MatLab) and developed original applications. For the "Planning" block, an integrated algorithm of work has been developed. It solves the problems of forecasting, optimization and estimation of the parameters of multinomenclature production. The main stages of the algorithm are described, which are implemented by corresponding software modules. The proposed information technology can be used to make decisions on the proactive management of the program of development of the organizational and technical system at the stage of pre-investment planning.
