Description: The information model of the admission of persons of the flight management team to air traffic control is considered. The process of air traffic control puts forward increased requirements for those who directly control the flight of aircraft. Therefore, the safety and efficiency of air traffic management are significantly dependent on the selection of candidates who are best placed to cope with future work, as well as on their further training in the aviation environment during their entire period of activity. The problem of the admission of military specialists in aviation flight management, including using automated systems, in modern conditions, remains insufficiently explored. Therefore, the purpose of the work is to determine the directions of increasing the efficiency of aviation flight management by formalizing and automating the control of the state of the information model of the personnel of the flight management team in the process of admission to independent work. The concept of professionally trained person of the flight management team is defined. The concept of general, professional, military-special and military-professional competence is given. The use of traditional methods and criteria for assessing the professional preparedness of the personnel of the flight management team has been analyzed. Two types of diagnostics are considered for the automated control of the parameters of the activities of the personnel of the flight management team. The information model of the activities of the management team in the form of a directed graph is described, which characterizes the activities of the personnel of the flight management team at the decision on the automated control point of aviation.
