Description: There were analyzed the main types of consequences of the negative effect of space weather phenomena for the safety of civil aircraft flights and. problems of navigational provision of civil aviation aircraft using navigation satellite systems in condition of calm and perturbed space weather. There was carried out the analysis of requirements for navigational provision of civil aviation aircraft in condition of realization of IСАО CNS/ATM conception for using of global navigation satellite systems like the main aid of navigation and organization of provision of air flights by space weather data. There were presented the main problems of introduction in Ukraine of technologies for operational monitoring of the heliogeophysical situation and emergency information of operators on the occurrence of dangerous and anomalous heliogeophysical phenomena that can lead to aircraft failures, positioning errors, high radiation load on crews and passengers of civil aircraft air flights, the failure of satellite communication systems, the malfunction of ground-based technical systems. In modern conditions of particular importance for Ukraine it becomes general scientific and applied problem of sustainable functioning of navigational software based on space technologies under the influence of destabilizing factors of space weather. Applied research in this area have dual use for both civil and military aviation, are especially important to enhance defense and national security. There were determined the main activities to ensure the efficient functioning of control, communication and navigation systems in Ukraine under the influence of destructive heliogeophysical disturbances.
