Results are demonstrated of experiment on determination of statistical descriptions of radar's signals, reflected from local objects, located outside distance of direct visibility, at distribution of radio waves in the conditions of anomalous refraction above a sea, which was executed in July, 2010. The experimental setting and method of experiment implementation are described. It is shown that amplitude and initial phase of the reflected signals is distributed on a normal law, and their correlation functions have oscillatory character.
