Description: The method of identification of the state of the telecommunication network is considered. The analysis of modern approaches for identifying and identifying the states of telecommunication network elements is carried out. The model of the process of identification of a state of an element of a telecommunication network with the use of neural networks is considered. The modification of the model of the ANFIS neuro-fuzzy network model with the use of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy output algorithm is proposed, which allows identifying the status of the elements of the telecommunication network. The identification model uses its own rules database, links to external knowledge bases and, in accordance with the knowledge base training algorithm, the behavior type (behavioral deviations of the telecommunication network element) is established based on clear or fuzzy data parameters. The obtained results allow to analyze and identify the current state of the network. In the future, this will enable to calculate the possible state of the network and offer the best options for managing the telecommunication network.
