Model of estimation of mobility informatively-telecommunication networks of the special setting

Description: The task of providing of communication between the organs of control in the control system by the troops of Armed Forces of Ukraine is actual during conducting of counterterrorist operation. With the target of increase of efficiency of control a sharp necessity in the use of estimation of the most substantial indexes of efficiency of functioning of informatively-telecommunication network of the special setting is subdivisions. The results of research of existent models and methods of estimation of mobility expose their limited possibilities and determine the necessity of the use of model, mobility of this network setting more comfortable for estimation. The model of estimation of mobility of informatively-telecommunication network of the special setting, which can be used for determination of level of probability of timely implementation of measures on the change of its structure, is examined in the article. Factors and parameters of process of exploitation of informatively-telecommunication network of the special setting reflect the dynamics of functioning of this system. Estimation of values of the improved indexes can allow to execute comparison and choice of optimum strategy of activity of the system in difficult terms. In future the calculation of values of the got indexes can provide the prognosis of results of functioning of informatively-telecommunication network of the special setting by the directed improvement of quality of the accepted decision.
