Description: In this paper a spatial model in the form of an interactive map of accessibility of spatial objects in Kharkov for people with disabilities moving on wheelchairs was developed, based on geoinformation technologies and methods of verbal analysis of decisions. Development of interactive maps and mapping applications involves the use of modern technology and the presence of a browser with access to the Internet. The received map allows instantly, taking into account the entered request, to search buildings and public places equipped with ramps, which provides barrier-free life for the less mobile people. In addition, with the help of decision support technologies, the territory for the construction of a rehabilitation center has been determined, and a threedimensional model of this building and the environment has been designed with a geoinformation tool. In prospect, it is planned to write an instruction for use of the developed interactive accessibility map, focusing on the less mobile people and volunteers working with this category of people. The addition function for the spatial model with new accessible territorial objects and services of Kharkov is envisaged using the Survey123 mobile platform and function for creation an interface in the ArcGIS software product to find the optimal transport route through accessible spatial objects for people with disabilities moving on cars.
