Description: The main objective of controlling the reliability of aggregates of automatic control systems in the current conditions of operation is the timely detection of the moments of degradation processes caused by the action of various factors. The moments of the beginning of degradation processes are random and individual for each type of product, which brings about a certain amount of uncertainty regarding the timing of safe and efficient operation of the equipment. One of the important stages in the control of reliability is the prediction of the relevant indicators. In the article the conducted analysis of descriptions of process of exploitation of aggregates of the systems of automatic control of ship energetic options. On results an analysis the worked out requirements are to the mathematical model of process of technical exploitation of aggregates, a model class and method of design that allowed to work out the formalized description of process of technical exploitation of single aggregate of the systems of automatic control of ship energetic options are select. On results an analysis the model of prognostication of reliability of aggregates index and method of statistical control of level of reliability are select.
