Description: An interactive electronic technical manual has been developed. It is a software package of interrelated data modules, which contain information, required for maintenance and repair of the self-propelled launcher 9А310М1 SA-11 Gadfly. The main objective of the interactive electronic technical manual is to provide information about maintenance and repair activities. This information needs during launcher development process and when the maintenance and repair activities performing. When developing an interactive electronic technical manual, the focus was on ensuring its openness (adaptation to change), interactivity, multi-platform and hardware independence, ease of use, low cost of creation and adjustment. The main advantages of the developed interactive electronic technical management are: reduction of the time required for the combat crew to master maintenance and repair operations of the self-propelled launcher 9A310M1; reduction of the diagnostics and troubleshooting time of functional systems of the self-propelled launcher 9A310M1; improving the quality of information support for maintenance and repair operations of the self-propelled launcher 9A310M1; the ability to update information quickly; the possibility of saving in the operational documentation empirically accumulated information from maintenance personnel about troubleshooting ways, methods for setting up the equipment of the self-propelled launcher 9A310M1. Further development of the interactive electronic technical management should be directed to providing the users with instructions for correct and safe operation of the self-propelled launcher 9A310M1, data about design, operation principles, technical characteristics, etc.
