Description: This article describes the features of education at present higher educational institutions. Particular attention is given to interdisciplinary integration in this process. Such education contributes not only to the intensification, systematization of educational and cognitive activity, but also to the development of students' skills to independently acquire the missing knowledge. Ideally, interdisciplinary communications at the stages of their inclusion in cognitive activity should play the role of a mechanism that triggers the process of student's self-development. These connections in education bring the elements of creativity into thinking activity. The proposed recommendations will allow for more effective training of specialists in this field of knowledge and to use the resulting methodological developments.
