Description: As a result of the conducted analysis of minimum time it is rotined on passing to videoinformacii, that for the existent and perspective systems of the aerospace monitoring with the use of side facilities of telecommunication it arrives at a few ten of minutes. It results in the obsolescence of the got information, acceptance of the belated and erroneous decisions. It is grounded, that for the decision of this problem it is suggested to utillize technologies of compression of videoinformation. Substantiates that of improving compression technology with a controlled level of distortion must be used to build structures aperture. A comparative evaluation of the method of compact representation of images with a controlled error in the compression ratio in aerospace monitoring systems with known methods is carried out. The stages of an estimation of complexity of realization of processes of compression for a method on the basis of a two-component code description of two approximating components of fragments of images are considered. The code combination of a compressed general representation of the image components is considered. The degree of compression of the developed method with respect to known methods with controlled distortion of image reconstruction is estimated. The dependence of the compression ratio on the factors of the processed images is established. An experimental estimation of the compression level is performed depending on the class of realistic saturated images.
