Description: The urgency of development of a single information space for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of implementation of the program-target planning procedures within the problem solution of process automation of equipping and development of weapons and military equipment has been justified. The practicability of integrated use of the necessary information and calculated resources, which have a significant number of interdisciplinary relations, and created based on the use of various information technologies and standards. The implementation of a single information space is proposed to be implemented on the basis of the development of a structural coherence between all system components based on cognitive IT technologies that can provide a solution for meta-tasking analysis, structuring, synthesis and selection applying the principles of transdisciplinarity. The solution to the problem of unstructured data storages, and as a result the lack of opportunities for a full-scale analysis of the semantics of information arrays, is carried out by applying an ontological approach that allows the creation of information descriptions based on the object-oriented formalization procedure and descriptions of interpretation functions. The primary scientific tasks that require solution are the development of a methodology for determining transdisciplinary conditions for the development of a single information space.
