Description: In the article proposed a strategy and the methodology for realization of synthesis of optimally distributed structure of aircraft flight and navigation complex in conditions of destabilizing impacts was justified using methods of the structure optimization by the maximum criterion of the functional stability parameter with a limitation of the system construction cost. The implementation of the proposed methodology allows to choose compromised and at the same time the most rational one from the set of permissible options taking into account possible extraordinary situations under conditions of destabilizing impacts by considering the probabilistic nature of the power as a plurality of connections between flight and navigation complex system elements.
