Evaluation of quality indicators of mobile telecommunication network special purpose

Description: During the conduct of the military operations, the task of providing communication between the command and control agencies in the system of command and control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is urgent. In order to improve the efficiency of department management, there is an urgent need to use the assessment of the most significant quality of service for a mobile telecommunications network of a special purpose. The results of the study of existing methods and methods of assessing the quality of service indicators reveal their limited capabilities and determine the need for a method that is more convenient for assessing the quality of service of this network. The article considers a method for estimating the quality of service of a mobile telecommunications network for special purposes, which can be used to improve the quality of network operation. Evaluation of the values of service quality indicators ensures the implementation of a rational version of network monitoring due to the influence of the parameters of switching devices, communication lines and stable failures (failures) and the choice of the optimal strategy for operating the system under difficult conditions. In the future, the proposed method allows at the design stage to make scientifically based selection of the most rational values of service quality indicators and to provide a forecast of the results of the operation of a mobile telecommunications network of a special purpose.
