Description: Unfortunately, terrorism has become an integral part of the political and economic processes in the world and represents an increasingly significant threat to public and national security. According to experts, the most dangerous are the acts of terrorism in the field warehouses of artillery weapons and ammunition because they become uncontrollable in the event of a fire or an explosion. The urgency of the topic of research is determined by the need to ensure the safety of people's lives and a synthesis of a number of important and complex events of international life that involve the cover of important state facilities and the country's defense capability. Cover of such objects is possible, for example, by anti-aircraft missile systems (ARMs), such as the ARM“OSA-AKM” and the PARM “Eagle”, which need to be placed on the ground to build a combat order. To construct a combat order of anti-aircraft weapons to cover the field warehouses of artillery weapons and ammunition in the area it is proposed a method that will make it possible in the short term to develop proposals that will ensure a high probability of the cover object preservation and take into account the overwhelming majority of restrictions. The article presents analyzes the interoperability of joint actions of Air Defence tactic combat units and tactic special units of Radioelectronic Warfare units. It allows to estimate the expected results of joint actions of Air Defense and Radioelectronic Warfare units and to develop well-founded recommendations for their effective deployment in the joint Air Defence unit. Applying these proposals during the construction of the combat order of anti-aircraft means to cover the warehouse, it is possible to provide almost 100 % protection a cover object, as well as civilians from terrorist attacks and their consequences. Therefore, the problems associated with the protection of important state facilities and people living near them from the air terrorist attacks can be successfully solved using the anti-aircraft missile system "OSA-AKM" and the PARM "Eagle".
