Description: In the article an analysis of the concept of reflexive management of affiliate relations in decision-making support systems of the printing company (printing house) is given, taking into account the interests of stakeholders. It was noted that the partnership with the owners of the company plays an important role in making decisions at the enterprises, including on printing. It is indicated that depending on which entities are considered as stakeholders, it is possible to consider different management models that determine the form of object management. When calculating the interests of stakeholders, reflexive management is the most successful model of management in terms of taking into account the interests of stakeholders. In the article the functions of reflection in the decision making process are considered. Various computer software tools of the SPPR class are used to support management decision-making. The process of making business decisions that take into account the interests of stakeholders is a complex task that can not be successfully solved without the use of economical and mathematical methods and models implemented in computer systems. The article focuses on the fact that decision-support systems with reflexive management of relationships with stakeholders should have a two-tier hierarchical structure and consist of a subsystem of coordination and reflexive information and a system of tactical and operational information crisis state of the modern economy requires society and, first of all, from the fact that new values and new mechanisms of interaction between enterprises and its stakeholders should emerge. Along with such criteria as the amount of profit, the effectiveness of the implementation of a particular method, the time that new criteria are required to implement, new criteria are more focused on the social sphere. The analysis of the state of relations between the enterprise and its stakeholders was carried out, which allowed to achieve the set goal - to conduct an analysis of the concept of reflexive management of partner relations in decision support systems.
