Description: Features are in-process analyzed to the construction and TTD of landing radio-locator of the system of out-of-date park RLS -10МА productions of NPO of “Aerotechnika” in relation to radars of the systems RLS -10МН1 and RLS -6М2. On the basis of comparative analysis of the RLS dignities and failings are selected landing the radio-locator of the system RLS -10МА as backer-ups landing of air courts on the air field in difficult weather terms. Possibility is grounded, expedience and the possible ways of modernization of landing radio-locator are offered for providing of landing of air courts in difficult meteorological conditions on the I category norms. Two-channel principle of processing the digital signals of the amplitude and phase channels of the receiver is proposed in the article. The necessity of using two coordinate meters - a high-precision for an aircraft, taken for autosupport and a conventional digital meter for the other vessels is justified. With the improvement of PRL-10MA, it is advisable to provide for the possibility of locator operation in a passive mode in the far zone and in the mode of selecting moving targets in the near-field of the locator. The mode of auto-tracking must be included in difficult weather conditions or at the request of the operator. The paper substantiates the possibility of eliminating the manifestation of blind speed in two channels of selection of moving targets by measuring the speed of the lethal apparatus and discreplying the corresponding values of the repetition periods in the wobbling mode of Doppler filter cycles over 12 periods. To achieve high accuracy, measurements of the angular coordinates of lethal vehicles, which in turn come to landing, it is proposed to implement special algorithms for reading and processing accumulation pulses in the Doppler filters of the adaptive coherent drive, which is part of the auto-tracking channel. In addition, to store on the indicators familiar to the operator marks local subjects are invited to display them in the form of contours of labels of these items. The paper justifies the need to automatically measure the coordinates of aircraft according to the radar indicator, to recalculate them into linear deviations from the specified reduction path in two planes and to remove the aircraft from the landing point and present this information to the operator in the form of a coordinate form near the aircraft mark.
