Description: For today in the context of functioning of the system of illumination of the surface environment, not yet fully completed study of the question determining the optimal (rational) compromise in the case of counteraction to the parties of the strategy is described functionally, in the presence of additional conditions and assumptions. That is why the purpose of this work is to justify the method of disclosure of uncertainty in the problems of counteraction of two parties in the conflict strategy determinedly the functions of two variables in the presence of specific additional conditions and restrictions in the context of ensuring the effective functioning of the system of illumination of the surface. The paper defines a class of problems of counteraction of two parties in the conflict of strategies which are determined by the functions of two variables in the presence of restrictions and additional conditions that provide the opportunity: to achieve a guaranteed result with the worst options for the development of the situation for the party; to achieve the maximum possible result with the worst options for the development of the situation for the party; to achievement the best result for the party with the most probable variants of behavior of the opposing party. Approaches to the solution of the investigated problem in all possible described cases of the implementation of specific conditions have been proposed on the basis of the analysis of existing methods of such problems solving.
