Description: The parameters of evaluation of efficiency of web sites of public authorities, certain criteria of efficiency of their work, are offered. Examples of a comparative analysis of information support for web sites are given. Information support for government websites is presented on the examples of two countries - Ukraine and the United Kingdom. The offered methodology of perfection of the informative providing of web-sites. Web-sites were analyzed for such to the criteria as: Necessity of user, Superfluous information, Primitive analysis, Simplification of work of user, Rapid producing of web-sites with their complication, Use of that easier for perception, Interface for people, Services, Feed-back. Necessities of user it more main all in a web-site. Superfluous information should not be on the website. An analysis the Internet of resources must warn to development of design. Work of user is necessary to be simplified. At first it is necessary to try as possible quicker to start a web site, and then to perfect him. It is necessary to use that works. The context of web-site is necessary to be taken into account. The main thing is services, not website design. The main thing is consistency in everything. A feed-back improves service. The services that are most important on the website are listed. It is concluded that in Ukraine interactive integrated services for citizens and businesses are partially implemented. The analysis of web-sites of Ukraine and Great Britain showed that the Ukrainian web-sites do not have the orientation on the problems of user, their development and improvement must pass taking into account the indexes of analysis of efficiency of work of web-sites.
