Description: The strong wind shear can lead to a catastrophe. According to experts, over the past decade, the number of aviation inci-dents and incidents in which the wind shear was marked as a concomitant factor has declined markedly. However, the wind shear is a serious danger to aviation. An analysis of such an effect of wind shear on flight safety gives every reason to believe that this aviation-dangerous phenomenon can also be applied to military affairs. The wind displacement significantly influences the take-off and landing of wind-driven vehicles and, due to possible loss of controllability, is a significant risk factor in aviation. It is necessary to develop a mathematical model of this phenomenon to study its impact on the dynamics of the aircraft and conduct a numerical experiment. What will further enable us to develop recommendations for the flight composition to reduce the impact of the artificial displacement of air masses and to prevent the fall into the zones of its motive action.
