Method of estimation of a resulting accuracy of target coordinate measuring under integration of radar information from some sources is proposed. Estimation of observation accuracy is realized taking into account used coordinate systems, radar performance characteristics and its modification within visibility zones. Method also permits taking into account a target secondary radiation characteristics in VHF, UHF and SHF bands. Results of calculation of the fighter F-16 and the cruise missile AGM86C coordinate measuring accuracy in the case of VHF and SHF radar information integration are demonstrated in the paper.
