Principles, methods and technologies for armed breakdown, formation and force management in conditions of active informational conflict of the conflicting parties

Description: The article deals with the issues of conducting active information confrontation of the conflicting parties in the dynamics of the antagonistic conflict in the implementation of conflict-stable management by the forces and means of the forces of the armed forces, as well as the question of managing the structural dynamics of complex military-purpose systems. It is proved that in these conditions it is necessary to use the management of the structural dynamics of complex military systems, which are used in accordance with changes in the operational and tactical situation in the area of warfare. At the same time, the operational pre-vention of the actions of the parties, confronting the conflict in the cycle of operations management (combat operations) should be ensured due to information superiority over the enemy, spatial, temporary and quantitative maneuvering forces and means in accordance with changes in operational and tactical situation and spatial and geographical location of the area of conduct fighting action. It is noted that in the transformed concept of information confrontation in the military sphere, special attention should be paid to technical (radioelectronic) intelligence and electronic warfare, operations in cyberspace, provision of own information-radio-electronic and informational and psychological safety as components parts of the national, including military security. The peculiarities of multifunctional integrated radar systems functioning in the conditions of conflict are considered, and the approach to reduce the dimension of the task of management of these systems is proposed. From practical point of view, variants of management of structural dynamics of warehouse-systems are allocated.
