Analytical and imitation model (structural aspect) application of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming during liquidation of consequences of emergencies

Description: In the article solution of problem of complication of formalization and description of process of application of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other soldiery forming is offered during liquidation of consequences of emergencies of natural, technogenic and military character by means of mathematical design, thus, with an aim the receipt of more reliable descriptions offers the marked process of decompose on subprocesses, and for some from them (марківські, напівмарківські) to use analytical, and for other processes (plenty of casual factors) imitation design. Undertaken studies of participation of national forces and other soldiery forming during liquidation of consequences of emergencies at different technogenic catastrophes allowed to offer the variant of general chart of evaluation of efficiency of such application taking into account a risk for troops (forces). The analytically-imitation model of application of troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other soldiery forming is in-process developed during liquidation of consequences of emergencies of natural, technogenic and military character. Base principle was fixed in basis of this analytically-imitation model, consists that in that it is needed to consider that liquidation of consequences of emergencies is process of successive to the action troops (forces), as a result of that, from one side, the consequences of emergencies will be liquidated, and from other - troops (forces), under act of dangerous factors, accumulate a risk, id est struck. In accordance with offer conceptual features of construction of analytically-imitation model of application of troops (forces) of ЗС of Ukraine and other soldiery forming during liquidation of consequences of emergencies the flow diagram of the marked analytically-imitation model was worked out . Research results can be drawn on during organization of liquidation of consequences of emergencies of natural, technogenic and military character and feasible managements technogenic safety.
