Description: The results of processing the materials of expert evaluation of separate performance of the training-combat airplane as to
their importance in the degree of suitability of the sample to the tasks of providing basic flight training of the cadets are
presented. The technique and conditions of carrying out expert evaluation are described. The considered technique is a system
and complex approach to determining weight coefficients of factors that have an impact on the level of suitability of a trainingcombat
airplane to the decision of the tasks of flight training of cadets. The system approach is to represent the evaluation task in
the form of a hierarchical structure, which consists of its interrelated components, which are distributed according to the
corresponding levels of the hierarchy. The complexity of the approach is to take into account in aggregate all the performences
of the training-combat airplane and the factors that are most significant for the index of fitness of the training-combat airplane to
solve the tasks of the flight training of the cadets, as well as the use of such a complex index that characterizes the trainingcombat
airplane as a training airplane. Based on the application of the developed expert assessment methodology, numerical
values of the estimates of the weight of certain performances of the training-combat airplane, which characterize the relative
contribution of each indicator to the degree of suitability of the sample to the implementation of the whole range of tasks of the
basic flight training of the cadets, are obtained. The reliability of the results is confirmed by the satisfactory level of consistency
of evaluations of experienced experts. The analysis of the obtained results is carried out. The obtained values of the importance
of the performance of the training-combat airplane can be used as weight coefficients in the corresponding qualimetric models of
educational properties of samples of this type of combat aircraft.
