Description: The article deals with the conceptual and informative aspects of information management of the structural dynamics of complex multi-structural military systems. The extended interpretation of such concepts as: structural dynamics, structural dynamics management is given. The main types of structures of complex multi-structural military systems are distinguished. Formulated provisions relating to the information and telecommunication environment and a single information and communication space. The issue of monitoring the state of the environment, in which operations are conducted (combat actions) is considered. The main groups of destructive influences on complex military systems that are directly related to the negative influence on the proc-esses of managing the structural dynamics of complex systems and the informatization of these processes are distinguished. In-formatization of the management of the structural dynamics of complex military systems is presented as an organizational and technical process, based on the application of information tools and technologies for the formation and implementation of mana-gerial decisions at the stages of planning and conducting operations (combat operations) by groups of armed forces to provide effective management of the structural dynamics of complex systems military purpose. The technological basis of informatization includes telecommunication and information technologies, implemented in accordance with the principles of the system ap-proach. In the future, one of the main technical means of obtaining information on the operational-strategic (operational-tactical) situation in a theater of military operations (in the area of an armed conflict), first of all, can become information and technologically integrated new means of radar and optical-electronic surveillance and reconnaissance, available on various based platforms, as well as technical intelligence equipment using information sensors of a different physical nature.
