Article is devoted to a problem of protection survey radar from antiradiation missiles. The design procedure of probability of defeat single radar, protected system radiators - traps, by series antiradiation rockets is resulted. The technique taking into account accumulation of losses is offered, namely, that fact, that conditions of homing of each subsequent rockets will change, if at previous start-up radar will not be destroyed, it is probable, the radiator - a trap will be destroyed, the probability of defeat radar for the following rocket will increase. Estimations of probability of defeat survey radar for different quantities of consecutive start-up, probabilities of destruction of radiators - traps and their quantities are received. The variant of element base which probably is offered to use for construction of amplifiers of radiators - traps, the opportunity of use is considered as the false purposes of reflectors of a probing signal. Practical recommendations concerning realization of actions of protection of means of a radar-location from antiradiation rockets are resulted.
