Features of formation of the scenario of informational and psychological influence in the realization of strategic communications

Description: The article reveals and highlights the main features of the formation of the scenario of information and psychological influence during the implementation of strategic communications. The experience of NATO member states in implementing strategic communi-cations in NATO doctrines, organizational structures and operations has been analyzed. It is shown that within the framework of the strategic communications system today it is possible to effectively countering of informational and psychological influences of the enemy to protect the personnel of the security and defence forces and the population of Ukraine, conducting information and psycho-logical operations on the personnel and the population of the opposing side. In terms of planning information and psychological operations in the implementation of strategic communications becomes new content, as in the scenario of its implementation should take into account a much larger number of factors and factors. Such a multi-faceted and multidimensional, scale of coverage (defeat) should be combined with a clearly defined orientation and selectivity, which requires significant changes in the formation of the scenario of information and psychological influence. The main differences in the formation of the scenario of information and psychological influence in the implementation of strategic communications are pre-sented. They relate to the need to take into account the consequences for all components of the information and psychological influ-ence scenario on the main and minor target groups. A generalized model of informational and psychological influence on the main and potential target groups during the implemen-tation of strategic communications is proposed. It is shown that the objects of information and psychological influence on the part of the opponent are individual, group and mass consciousness. The purpose of influence is the formation of a passive state of individual and group consciousness, which provides perception of influence, disabling of the subsystem of protection, which is responsible for critical analysis of information, and, as a result, change the behavior of objects of influence. The presented mechanism of informa-tional and psychological influence, which involves the successive transfer of objects of influence (target group) from one state to an-other, provides perception of the influence of the enemy is presented.
