Description: The article deals with the solution of problems related to the low level of automation of technical equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that requires the implementation of a set of measures to create an information infrastructure, an appropriate information-analytical system, and subsequently a unified information system of defense resources management (DRMIS). In order to improve the efficiency of the technical service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it is proposed to introduce software solutions based on the component creation of aggregated cognitive services, which will provide the necessary level of efficiency, reliability and completeness of the necessary information. The construction of the relevant information and analysis system based advisable to make a cognitive component architecture services that provide the full solution of meta-problems of analysis, struc-turing, selection and synthesis. This system should be an innovative complex of network software-information and methodologi-cal means of integrated use of distributed information resources and corporate knowledge systems, which have a large number of interdisciplinary relations and are created on the basis of different information technologies and standards using ontological principles of processing heterogeneous spatially-distributed information. Models used for processing complex structures of different types of data and knowledge are the use of logic-linguistic models, that is, models where the basic elements are not numbers and computational operations, but names and logical connections. It is shown that the implementation of logical and linguistic models in intelligent information-analytical system it is advisable to carry out in the form of growing pyramidal net-work and built on the basis of its ontology.
