Considered process of decline of size of specific resistance of soil depending on the by volume concentrations of electrolyte at flowing through the porous structure of heterogeneous environment of soil and it is shown that some optimal values of by volume concentration of electrolyte are at which specific resistance of soil arrives at minimum values, and conductivity of soil - maximal values. It is shown that for providing of ionic conductivity of electrolyte, id est formation of channels of percolating of conductivity in the porous structure of heterogeneous environment of soil from dielectric to the phase which conducts, conducted on the basis of phase transition of percolating.
