The approach to diversification of estimates of critical infrastructure safety assessment under uncertainties is suggested in the paper. CIs are characterized by complex behavior, high uncertainties, nonlinear input and output parameters. The application of one, particular group of risk analysis methods does not provide an adequate level of safety estimates validity. The system state criticality is considered as CI safety estimate, taken from combination of accident probability and its severity. The stages of sequential integration of risk analysis methods are proposed in the paper.
