The article is devoted to the problem of complex technical systems elements converting to on-condition maintenance. The variant to solve the reliability level checking task of complex technical systems elements in exploitation with unstable conditions of observation is proposed. The task is solved with using statistical hypothesis procedures on parametric Neiman – Pierson criteria. The outcomes of the calculations are given.
