The approach is led to selection of a design and theoretical definition of inertial catapult parameters. At use of an inertial drive carriage motion implements at the maximum g-load on all way of boost that ensures it uniformly accelerated motion and reaching in the end of a way on directing maximum a velocity of flight UAV at limitations on longitudinal g-loads.
