The algorithm of optimal radiometric images restoration in scanning radiometric devices with zero receiving and fluctuating of transfer characteristic of the predetection section is synthesized. It is shown that the algorithm contains operations of modulation and multiplication of the observation equation on the function matched with normalized antenna pattern, decorrelation and following square detecting, calculations difference between of intensities of the entrance and basic signals measured on the next half-intervals. The corresponding block diagram of the radiometer is developed, the limit error of estimation and potential fluctuation sensitivity is defined.
