Method for calculation secondary emission characteristics of ground radar objects with resonant sizes is considered. Method is based on the 2nd kind heterogeneous integral equation solving. The kernels of equations are the electromagnetic fields of dipoles which take into account the presence of a boundary between two dielectric half-spaces. There was developed approach for calculation electromagnetic fields of mentioned auxiliary dipoles which permits to reduce the time of such field calculation. Results of calculation of secondary emission patterns of armored troop carrier model are demonstrated.
