On the basis of maximum likelihood method the values of estimations of distance, and speeds of aim, are got and analysed taking into account time between supervisions. The results of mathematical design of the sought after estimations of distance and speed of the aim smoothed out to distance in the moment of n-th supervision and extrapolated distance to the aim on one review by aerial RLS are given. The analysis of the indicated numerical values allows to form requirements to the size of MQE of error of measuring of distance to the aim and instrumental error of space review by aerial RLS. Estimations over of distance, their mean values, dispersions and MQE, are brought, at that the construction of trajectory of aim that corresponds to safety of her motion will be realized. The got analytical expressions, values and charts, are presented.
