Presents an Express-method of measurement of the local velocity of flow in the wind tunnel small subsonic speed T-1 of the Kharkiv University of Air Forces, with greater visibility than the determination of the velocity in the core method of pressure drop in the settling chamber and a working part of the pipe. It is shown that the existing equipment of the wind tunnel T-1 allows you to reliably determine the rate in the working part, the initial level of turbulence flow coefficients fields in the working part, however at the moment there is no possibility to explore the local flow turbulent pulsations, set the turbulence on the operation modes of the tube. The developed method is a transitional stage to experimental studies of turbulent fluctuations of flow.
