The article examines the possibility of applying the composite material model with radioisotope inclusions in the conditions of an alternating magnetic field for the protection of electronic equipment from powerful electromagnetic radiation and identifies the basic physical mechanisms that affect the material absorption properties. It is shown that use of a composite material with radioisotope inclusions in the conditions of the alternating magnetic field increases the absorption of high electromagnetic radiation in the extended frequency range.
