The method of base generators frequency difference estimating by the starting phase of the digital sequence synchronized block transmitted in a transport stream of digital network SDH is discussed in this article. This method allows to improve the reliability of frequency-time digital network providing of special automated control system (SACS) in the special period of navigation signals transmission by global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) GPS (U.S.) and GLONASS (Russia).
