The complex indicator is developed for perfection estimation of an aviation combat-trainer complex at different stages of life cycle. This indicator is applied to an estimation of the trainer and combat-trainer aircraft at preliminary design stages. At the heart of an indicator flight, operational and economic parameters and characteristics of aircraft are used. The substantiation of investigated values is conducted by means of several standard flight cycles for a trainer, combat-trainer or light combat aircraft. One appointment planes are compared with different engines at the power plant, additional equipment concerning arms and avionics.
