The development of radioelectronic devices expense resource process model is considered in this article. The model is based on thermodynamics description of physical and chemical mechanism of the phenomena of mass transmission and structural transformations in materials that form device properties and, as a result, values of informing device parameters. The presented model allows conducting the estimation of degradation processes kinetics and dynamics of resource descriptions of device during life cycle monitoring process on the stage of its exploitation, and also can be used for searching of devices reliability increase methods.
