Description: The article develops the matching criterion of optimal signals processing in electro-optical systems with dynamic spectral filtration. The Kullback-Leibler normalized divergence that is the ratio of divergences in output and input of dynamic spectral filter is used as a matching measure of optimal signal processing. It analyses the Kullback-Leibler normalized divergence properties.
