An intellectual model of the mobile nodes radio connectivity in the MANET based on the complex application of fuzzy logic and neural networks is proposed in the article. The essence of the model is the functions integration of an application, network and physical OSI model layers to maintain radio connectivity between mobile nodes during information transmission. Under conditions of frequent topology changes that are characteristic of the MANET, it will not only increase the probability of successful packets receiving, but also reduce energy and time expenses for their transmission.
