In the article influence is analysed of local changes the closeness of gas environments, arising up as a result of excitation in them of high-frequency mechanical vibrations, on the coefficient of refraction. Formulas are got for the estimation of change of size of coefficient of refraction on the border of section an object is a gas environment.
