In the gastrointestinal tract are seven close pacemakers that generate slow waves at adjacent frequencies and set the rhythm of the distal located parts of digestive tract. The concept of diagnostic electrical activity of the gastrointestinal tract differs by the use of pacemaker region’s signals of the digestive tract as of diagnostic information is offered. The electrogastroenterographical diagnosis method based on gastrointestinal tract pacemaker’s electrical activity is developed on concept, which allows to diagnose the entire gastrointestinal tract and its parts. It‘s also proposed blind signal separation (methods JADE and FastICA), for the elecrogastroenterogramm processing, thus enhancing the accuracy of diagnosis of the digestive tract and its parts.
