At passing to information in the networks of exchange information is use both the mode of discovery and mode of correction of errors. Applied method of management an exchange must provide the least relative mean time of delivery of information and legitimate value of equivalent probability of error information. A model, allowing to probe basic probabilistic-temporal descriptions of process of communication of data in the networks of exchange by information at the transmission of packages through the intermediate centers of commutation of reports for the case of application of noise combating code in the mode of detection of errors with verification of packages a recipient, is developed.
