The opportunity of information technologies using for computer modeling of mass service consumer’s systems in the Ukrainian transport market has been researched. Objects and situations in the transport market and during accompanying services where there exist the problems of service for inquiries and requirements of clients are certain. Corresponding software and environments of modeling are analyzed. Usage of the Extend imitating modeling package has been offered. Features of its application are examined and examples of modeling of problems of granting of transport service in Extend are resulted.
